Hoy simplemente les dejo una frase que en mi opinión es el pilar fundamental para un buen servicio, gastronomicamente hablando. Por supuesto, perfectamente extrapolable a cualquier aspecto de la vida. ¡Vaya si el tipo tenia idea de lo que hacia!
